We all thrive on connection, support, and guidance, which is why I'm excited to announce the return of Coaching With Molly—just in time for summer!

Each session kicks off with a fireside chat where I'll introduce a topic and dive into a brief discussion for about 5-10 minutes. You bring your questions, and together, we'll explore the depths of the amazing relationship you're building with yourself, especially around food, weight, and diet challenges. I'll be bringing my A-game to each session, offering solutions and insights that will leave you feeling empowered and hopeful.

You can ask questions live or send an email with the question or topic you want addressed - one size does NOT fit all. And, as ALWAYS, you'll receive a replay of our time together so you can listen even when our time is over.

Our discussions aren't just about food—they're about strengthening our community and enriching our understanding in ways we didn't even realize we needed.
